In the final season of HGTV's “Fixer Upper,” Joanna and Chip Gaines upgraded an 1880s farm home for Dr. and Mrs. Charles Ramsey who taught at Forman Christian College. Charles and Brooke were missionaries in South Asia, serving the last 5 years at Forman and have now returned to the Waco area to be near their family.
